Wonder Walk

A walk with physical vastness noticing novelty that's ordinary or awe-inspiring, either outdoors or indoors (like museums and buildings). Get a boost of happy hormones!
  • Breathe Take deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth, be aware of the air sounds, feels. looks, smells, and tastes.
  • Walk - Be aware of how your feet feel and what you hear as you walk.
  • Awareness of Self - Scan your body, relax your face, shoulders, and arms.
  • Awareness of Surroundings - Vastness, new, small, colorful, fragrant, light and shadows.
  • Head on a Swivel - Look up, down, and around.
