Take a Mindful Journey Through the Labyrinth

Walk the labyrinth with your feet, your finger or a pencil. Follow your pathway. There is no way to get lost. A labyrinth is not a maze. It is a sure pathway into the center. Simply spiral into the center and follow the same pathway out. As you take the journey, simply notice yourself on the path.
Bring awareness to your emotional body, physical body and energetic body. Suspend any judgment. There is no right or wrong way to experience the labyrinth.
Let yourself be present on the path and notice what you notice. Be where you are in the moment. Mindfully reflecting, releasing and returning to your day.
